Fees and availability

Please see below for fees and availability for therapy sessions both video calls and face to face appointments. 

Fees

Therapy fees for self funded clients: 

  • Standard rate for a 50 minute session £80 

  • Concessions £65
     

  • Standard rate for a 90 minute session £120

  • Concessions £90

I am also approved to work with the following insurance companies: 

  • ​AXA

  • PLE Health 

  • AVIVA

  • BUPA 

​

Concessions

  • Students

  • Trainee psychologists, therapists, counsellors, psychotherapists etc. 

  • Low incomes

  • Unemployed 

Availability 

I currently work the following days and times: 

  • Mondays 10am-8pm video calls only

  • Wednesdays 10am-8pm Face to Face and Video calls

  • Thursdays 10am-4pm Face to face and Video calls
     

*​Please note I'm currently at full capacity for face to face and video appointments until at least January 2025.*

 

My office is currently based in Darlington at Blackwell Business Centre. My room is on the second floor, there is no lift, however, if an accessible room is needed I can use a ground floor room.
